1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon Thai green curry paste ( Thai Kitchen Premium Green Curry Paste )
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup Thai basil leaves, plus more for garnish
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, plus more for garnish
Steamed jasmine rice for serving
- In your crockpot, whisk together coconut milk, fish sauce, Thai green curry paste, brown sugar, garlic powder and salt.
